UniteAR is a no-code augmented reality platform for creating, publishing, and managing interactive image-based AR experiences. Add 3D models, videos, images, GIFs, 360° media, text, audio, and web links without writing code.
UniteAR is designed for brands, agencies, retailers, publishers, educators, museums, event teams, and training organizations. No AR development experience is required for standard projects.
No. UniteAR is a completely no-code platform. Its visual AR editor lets you upload content, customize your experience, and publish image-based AR using simple controls—no programming or developer support required.
You can combine supported 3D models, animations, videos, images, GIFs, 360° media, audio, text, links, calls to action, and product or campaign information in one experience.
Upload an image such as product packaging, a poster, or a brochure page. UniteAR indexes it in the computer-vision cloud. When a user scans that image, the scanner recognizes it and displays the linked AR content.
Use clear, high-resolution artwork with distinctive details, good contrast, varied shapes and textures, and minimal repetition or blank space. Reflective, repetitive, or low-contrast images can be harder to recognize.
It is a customizable browser-based scanner that lets users scan images and launch AR from a mobile browser. No app download is required, and the scanner can reflect your logo, colors, and brand identity.
The scanner supports current versions of Chrome and Edge on Android and Safari on iPhone and iPad. Users must allow camera access. Performance can vary by device, browser, connection, and camera quality.
Yes. The WebAR Scanner Plugin can be embedded into supported websites and ecommerce platforms using an iframe integration. Availability depends on your plan.
A Commercial AR View is counted when someone scans an image and the associated AR experience successfully renders on screen. Simply opening the scanner without displaying AR content is not counted.
It is an image that has been processed, indexed, and made available for cloud recognition. Examples include packaging, labels, posters, book pages, business cards, artwork, and educational materials.
No. A target is an indexed image the scanner can recognize. A view is counted when scanning that target successfully launches its AR experience. One target can generate many views.
No. Monthly view allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle. Active image-target limits represent available recognition capacity rather than consumable views.
If you use all the features or capacity included in your plan before its expiry date, contact us for add-on pricing. Add-ons are available for AR views, active image targets, cloud storage, and branded apps. Email help@unitear.com and our team will help you choose the right add-on.
With a shared instance, your image targets are stored and processed in a multi-tenant cluster alongside targets from other UniteAR customers. If different customers upload images with very similar visual features, there is a possibility of duplicate or conflicting recognition matches. A dedicated instance contains only your account's image targets, providing greater isolation and reducing the possibility of cross-account recognition conflicts.
Customer data and AR assets are hosted on AWS cloud infrastructure. Enterprise customers may request region-specific deployment, subject to availability and applicable charges.
Service-level agreements, uptime commitments, and defined response times are available with eligible Enterprise agreements.
Storage can include image targets, 3D models, images, videos, audio, and other supported AR assets. Available capacity depends on your plan.
Depending on your plan, options may include your logo, brand colors, a customized scanner interface, custom loading screens, and a white-label presentation.

Yes. Bank-transfer and invoice-based payments are available upon request for annual plans only. Contact help@unitear.com for assistance.
Use the subscription-management link provided through Stripe or contact help@unitear.com. Submit cancellation at least seven days before renewal to prevent the next charge.
Subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals, so please cancel before your next billing date if you plan to discontinue the service.
